The Early Years

I remember being extremely happy as a child and always toting a huge smile.  I come from a long line of very strong and capable women. Those women taught me that I can have, do and be anything that I choose. Over the years, I have tried to pass that on to my family. For the most part it appears that I’ve been successful in that effort.

While I had great examples of hard workers to emulate, my upbringing was quite modest. I remember thinking that I was pretty well-off, until I got older and realized my family, at times, was considered poor compared to others. I remember my mother being able to make a dollar stretch so far it would make your head spin. As I reflect back on my childhood, I truly believe that my family’s meager means helped to foster an internal desire to stay grounded and always strive to better myself.

The Feisty Years

I also went through that phase of wanting fame and fortune, as many people do. I emerged from that time with a desire to earn my own way to wealth; and now I define wealth as financial freedom, excellent health, lots of fun and travel, a secure home of my dreams, great friends and an awesome and supportive family.

I have dabbled with my own business ventures for many years. I have owned Rental Properties, a Resort, and a Motel and successfully renovated a house and resold it. Going back to college to get my MBA was my next logical step. Human Resources was my emphasis but I never really worked in that field. Instead, I worked almost 10 years in retail management with the last two years being in senior management positions. All of this type of work entailed grueling physical labor and very long hours. I have taught hospitality and business courses at the local Community College. Most recently….and definitely the most fun; I’ve been working with a company to improve their processes. This is a form of Change Management and I’ve finally found my niche in the world of business.

For some time now, I’ve come to the realization that manual labor, while admirable, is not what would bring me to the point of achieving my dreams of wealth. My dreams of having plenty. I don’t mean this with any type of animosity or arrogance, but with a sincere desire to be able to pay-it-forward and instill in my family the need to do the same.

Today, I have developed multiple revenue streams and train others how to structure and build their own businesses, as well as how to manage the necessary changes to ensure success. I am a compassionate and straight-forward Business Coach & Trainer specializing in Change Management. I work with businesses to set up processes that ensure a smoother running operation with a greater opportunity for financial success. I also help individuals choose the business opportunity that best matches their strengths and desires. I enjoy sharing marketing options, training resources, and a variety of amazing tools and contacts to ensure success for anyone actively seeking it.
